What Data We Process — and What We Do Not
Reference Numbers
When you enter a reference number, it is sent to the official PITC bill presentation system to retrieve your bill. We do not store, log, or retain reference numbers beyond the duration of your session request.
Technical Logs
Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, request timestamp) are generated by our hosting infrastructure. Retention depends on the hosting provider's configuration — typically 7–30 days.
Cookies
We use minimal functional cookies for site performance. If advertising or analytics networks are enabled, a cookie banner will notify you and describe the purposes. No third-party tracking cookies are set without disclosure.
What We Do NOT Collect
We do not require account creation. We do not collect your name, CNIC, phone number, or payment details. We do not build consumer profiles. Bill content is fetched live from PITC and rendered in your browser — it is not stored on our servers.
Third-Party Data Processors
PITC (Power Information Technology Company): Bill content and images may be loaded from bill.pitc.com.pk and related DISCO domains. When your reference number is forwarded, PITC's servers receive your IP address as part of a standard HTTPS request. Review PITC's own policies for how they handle incoming requests.
Hosting & Infrastructure: Our hosting provider may process technical data (access logs, error logs) as part of normal infrastructure operations. We select providers with appropriate data processing agreements.
Children & Other Matters
This service is intended for adults managing utility accounts in Pakistan. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
