7 ENC Portal Services — Select What You Need

All services connect to the official ENC portal at enc.com.pk. MEPCO customers should use the MEPCO Smart App or visit a Customer Facilitation Centre instead.

Process Overview

How a New Electricity Connection Works in Pakistan — 4 Stages

Submit Application Online

Fill the ENC portal form with your property address, CNIC, and requested load. The portal assigns a Tracking ID instantly.

DISCO Site Inspection

Your DISCO's engineering team visits the site to assess the feasibility and estimate the connection cost. This typically takes 7–21 days.

Demand Notice Issued

Once approved, a Demand Notice (DN) is generated specifying the connection fee, material costs, and payment deadline.

Pay & Upload Receipt

Pay the Demand Notice at an authorized bank or online (LESCO only), then upload the stamped receipt to unlock meter installation.

Processing times vary by DISCO and subdivision workload. The Track Application tool gives you real-time status so you know exactly which stage your application is at without calling the office.
